Description of problem:

Post RHHI-V deployment is completed, as part of day2 operation, expand the volume.
But that fails.

Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1. Complete the RHHI-V deployment from Web console
2. Post the deployment is complete, Click on 'Manager Gluster' button
3. On the particular, volume click on 'Expand Volume'

Actual results:
---------------
Expand volume fails to proceed and errors out

Expected results:
-----------------
Expand Volume workflow dialog should pop-up and allow users to continue with expand the volume

Tested with cockpit-ovirt-dashboard-0.14.9

Expand volume is done successfully, when initiated from web console ( cockpit )
