Description of problem:

Post RHHI-V deployment, attempting to create new volume from web console, the wizard opens up , when clicking on next, the wizard closes and throws error

Steps to Reproduce:
--------------------
1. Complete RHHI-V deployment
2. Reach the web console of node and go to Virtualization -> Hosted Engine
3. Click on 'Manage Gluster' button
4. select the button to create new volume

Actual results:
----------------
New wizard opens up, but after pressing on next, closes and error is thrown


Expected results:
------------------
The wizard should proceed to create new volume

Verified with cockpit-ovirt-dashboard-0.14.9.el8rhgs, new volume could be created properly from web console as part of day2 operation
