While deploying OCS on Google Cloud Platform, RGW pods should not come up.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. On an OCP installation on GCP, install OCS via UI.
2. Check the pods/services that are displayed


Actual results:
pod/rook-ceph-rgw-ocs-storagecluster-cephobjectstore , service/rook-ceph-rgw-ocs-storagecluster-cephobjectstore etc are deployed


Expected results:
RGW pods are not deployed by default

Can you move to ON_QA with fixed in version?

Testing with:

OCP 4.5.0-0.ci-2020-08-19-184304
OCS 4.5.0-540.ci

And I see that there are no rgw pods as expected:
