Description of problem:

Hello, I was trying to report bug on my Fedora 32 workstation and I'm getting this error:

```

Failed to upload uReport to the server 'https://retrace.fedoraproject.org/faf' with curl: Could not resolve host: retrace.fedoraproject.org
Error: curl_easy_perform: Couldn't resolve host name
('report_uReport' exited with 1)
```

Most probably this is not an ABRT issues but I don't know the component. Please reassign this properly to fix the issue. It's blocking all bug reports from Fedora if I'm not mistaken.
