Description of problem:

Please consider building rdesktop for EPEL8.  If you are not interested in maintaining it in EPEL, please add me (FAS orion) as an admin on the package so that I can request the EPEL8 branch.  Thanks.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 33 development cycle.
Changing version to 33.
