This is a tracking bug for Change: Distribute .repo files for modular repositories from a separate package
For more details, see: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/ModularReposSubpackage

Reintroduce the fedora-repos-modular package. Have the /etc/yum.repos.d/*-modular.repo files in it instead of fedora-repos.
We install/keep fedora-repos-modular by default, users (admins) can uninstall it if desired. No defaults are changed.

The PR was merged in via https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/fedora-repos/pull-request/65

I've also opened https://pagure.io/fedora-comps/pull-request/510 to install the fedora-repos-modular package by default. Not sure if that is the best approach, but we can discuss that there.

Branching F33 Change Tracker bugs.

Today is the code complete (testable) deadline. All bugs should be at least in MODIFIED state by now to indicate they are testable.
