Description of problem:
Admin goes to resource list view such as Pods under "all project", go to one pod, and then browse from menu to another resource list. Project-selector should set back to "all project". When browse to Machines, Machine Sets, Machine Autoscalers, Machine Health Checks, Project-selector does not set back to "all project".

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Admin goes to resource list view such as Pods under "all project", go to one pod, then the project-selector is set to one project.
2. From left menu, go to Machines, Machine Sets, Machine Autoscalers, Machine Health Checks. 


Actual results:
2. project selector is still openshift-machine-api

Expected results:
2. project selector should be reset to "all projects"

Additional info:
In step 2, if browse to the other resource list such as DC, CM, project-selector is reset to one project.

Checked on 4.6 cluster with payload 4.6.0-0.nightly-2020-07-06-180619
Go to  Machines page, select "all projects" from project dropdown list, click into one machine, then click "Machines" in the breadcrumb, will return to machines list and the project dropdown will still select "all projects".
Check other resources, behavior is the same.
The bug is fixed.
