1. Proposed title of this feature request

[RFE] Anonymize and reduce subscription-watch data

3. What is the nature and description of the request?

The customer would like to reduce the amount and types of data included in subscription-watch inventory report.

4. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

- the "installed package" section is a huge amount of data to send for 67k hosts
- customer is concerned about sending identifiable data (IP, mac, etc)

5. How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)

Requirement: For each host in the report, The "installed_packages" section is removed, or only contains packages that are relevant to determining product/subscription requirements
Requirement: Performance is acceptable when generating/uploading a report for 67k hosts
Requirement: The report data can be scrubbed of identifiable data such as IP, MAC, hostname, etc before being uploaded to Red Hat

6. For each functional requirement listed, specify how Red Hat and the customer can test to confirm the requirement is successfully implemented.

To test - generate a new report, then unpack it and view the data to ensure it matches requirements

7. Is there already an existing RFE upstream or in Red Hat Bugzilla?

8. Does the customer have any specific time-line dependencies and which release would they like to target (i.e. RHEL5, RHEL6)?

We have enabled Simple Content Access, but will be unable to install the subscription-watch inventory plugin for Satellite until this is resolved. Inventory reports based on sockets and other factors will be inaccurate during this time

9. Is the sales team involved in this request and do they have any additional input?

10. List any affected packages or components.

Verified with:
- Satellite 6.9.0 snap 11
- tfm-rubygem-foreman_rh_cloud-3.0.14-1.el7sat.noarch

Test steps:
For “Obfuscate host ipv4 addresses” setting:
- Go to  Configure > Inventory Upload, enable “Obfuscate host ipv4 addresses” setting.
OR
- Go to Administer > Settings > RH Cloud and enable “Obfuscate host ipv4 addresses” setting.
- Generate report after enabling setting.

For “Exclude Packages” setting:
- Go to Configure > Inventory Upload, enable “Exclude Packages” setting.
OR
- Go to Administer > Settings > RH Cloud and enable “Exclude Packages” setting.
- Generate the report after enabling setting.


Observation:
- Obfuscated host ipv4 addresses in reports generated.
- Packages are excluded from reports generated.
