Description of problem:
"kebab menu button" on "Storage Cluster" tab does not work as expected

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to "Operators"->"Installed Operators" -> "OCS"->"Storage Cluster" tab
2.Click on:kebab menu button


Actual Results:
When I press the kebab button,sometimes, the menu disappears after about a second.


Expected Results:
When I press the kebab button,the menu should appear on the screen regularly.
