Steps to Reproduce:
1. Infrastructure -> Compute Resources -> Create Compute Resource
2. Provider -> RHV
3. Click on `Documentation`

Actual results:
404 Not Found (Refer attachment)

Expected results:
Clicking on the link should redirect to the documentation link.
