Description Gorka Eguileor 2020-07-03 10:26:40 UTC
+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1841866 +++

After live migrating (or retyping with a migration) a volume into a 3PAR cinder backend we lose total control of this volume. We can no longer do any operations, such as clone, snapshot, delete, attach, etc.

This is caused by the driver not supporting the usage of the "_name_id" field and only relying on the "id" field to determine the name of the volume in the backend.
