Description of problem: attempted system upgrade produces error messages (see below), /usr/share/terminfo/f/fbterm

1./usr/bin/dnf -y --noautoremove --refresh --skip-broken --best upgrade fbterm

Probably I think we should revert the previous commits in fbterm and fbterm could depend on ncurses-term instead.
