Bug #1839084 introduces a new java-11-openjdk-static-libs package to provide static versions of the OpenJDK libraries for use by the Graal VM build.

As it stands, this new package is not included in the product listings for RHEL 8.3.0:

Can this please be included?

Note that, as with other such variants, the java-11-openjdk-static-libs-slowdebug & java-11-openjdk-static-libs-fastdebug packages should NOT be included.
