Description of problem:
Creating new VM in CNV (unmanaged) cluster causes using add vm from template action which should not happen because in this scenario disks are 'thin-provisioned'

How reproducible:
Setup CNV provider

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create new vm
2.

Actual results:
Internal Server Error caused by Null Pointer Exception

Expected results:
Vm created and synced to kubernetes cluster

Disk example-disk-claim was successfully attached to VM example by SYSTEM.
