Description of problem:

'dmsetup table' is suppose to produce the table that represents the target
device.  The mirror target is missing a very important piece of that.  When we
added the "block_on_error" parameter to the mirror targets table, we did not add
the ability to output that parameter.

committed in stream u4 build 34.9. A test kernel with this patch is available
from http://people.redhat.com/~jbaron/rhel4/
