Description of problem:
pam_mysql is missing in epel 8 but is present in epel 6/7. This prevent migration from rhel6 or 7 to 8.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum install pam_mysql
2. No package pam_mysql available

Actual results:
No package pam_mysql available

Expected results:
package at least should be present, at least the same as in epel 7

Additional info:
we use this module for smtp auth vpn auth...
