On Satellite 'Infrastructure -> HTTP Proxies' page the link to documentation is broken

1. Navigate to 'Infrastructure -> HTTP Proxies'

Version Tested:  Satellite-6.8.0 Snap 9.0

Steps followed:

1. Navigate to Infrastructure -> HTTP Proxies

2. Click the URL 'Learn more about this in the documentation.'

Observation: Link redirects to correct location
