Kronosnet 1.17 has support for dynamic reconfiguration of crypto parameters which is required if corosync is also to support this feature.

src rpm confirmed to contain v1.18 upstream release.

new live crypto reconfiguration feature was tested in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1855303#c19

regression testing found no issues.

moving to verified.
