Playbook tasks with delegation to remote host should also work in remote host

Tested with gluster-ansible-roles-1.0.5-17.el8rhgs, gluster-ansible-maintenance-1.0.1-9.el8rhgs, gluster-ansible-infra-1.0.4-11.el8rhgs and
gluster-ansible-features-1.0.5-7.el8rhgs

All the delegation tasks to the remote hosts are using 'connection: ssh'
