Description of problem:
Runnin a receptor installation job shows that task 'Ensure RPM repository is configured and enabled' only says 'FIXME' and does nothing:

Steps to Reproduce:
Hosts -> Job Templates -> run Configure Cloud Connector

Actual results:

Expected results:
The job shouldn't say 'FIXME'. Maybe it should even actually do something?

Steps:

1. Execute `Configure Cloud connector` job on satellite.
2. Look for the Step `Install Receptor and Satellite Plugin RPMs` in job execution.
