This was ultimately fixed in 10.9.0-0.4 on all Fedora platforms. We're still waiting for 10.9.2 (or perhaps 10.9.3) to land to issue a Bodhi update for a stable one, but marking this as CLOSED->FIXED for the time being since it has been out since late June.
