Description of problem:

Could you please build python3-httplib2 for epel8? I would like to
build "did" package which depends on it. Thanks.

Note: I'm going to file new bugs for python3-pytest-flake8 and
python3-pytest-randomly which are dependencies missing in epel8.

python3-httplib2 is in PowerTools/CRB on RHEL 8, so this cannot be done.
