Working on update. Cyrus-timezones (ex vzic) packaged in rawhide. 
cyrus-imapd can be built but some tests are failed:

For most of the test the issue is in syslog_replacement. It's set to True bug grep/match functions failed because of bogus filename.

Finally I was able to build cyrus-imapd-3.2.4 which passes all tests but Rename.intermediate_cleanup. 
Will disable it in rawhide for now and report upstream.
