Documentation bug about the use of the "Rook" orchestrator. 

This cover all the operations needed to complete and make grow a Ceph cluster created using the Rook k8s operator


This should cover all the operations we can do using commands like:

# ceph orch .....

(when the Ceph backend orchestrator is set to Rook)

Rook orchestration is out of Ceph QE's scope for 5.0 release. moving to next release.

Rook is not used in Standalone Ceph. It is used in OCS. THis BZ need to be targetted for OCS documentation?

The rook mgr module is not currently functional. The scenario would be to use it when the cluster is being configured via the ceph dashboard. But since we don't use the Ceph dashboard in OCS, and neither do we document toolbox commands such as "ceph orch ...", I don't see what we need to document for this mgr module. I'd suggest we close this BZ.
