Description of problem:
Open cluster console-Monitoring-Alerting
Open alert detail page for alert Watchdog, copy label 'alertname
=
Watchdog'
Go back Alerting page and choose label filter from drop down of name
Paste the label, can't get the suggestion line

For label filter, there can't be a space before and after '=' of Alert label to get suggestion line
There is always a space before and after '=' of Alert label

This is a general issue with the filter component, not just on the monitoring list pages.

For example, if you enter "name =" into the pods list's label filter, no autocomplete suggestions are displayed.

verified with payload 4.6.0-0.nightly-2020-08-04-193041

Copy label from alert detail page or rule detail page, paste label to label filter, there is suggestion line now.
