Description of problem:
The following errors are printed when updating initial-setup:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RHEL-8.2 GA (make sure initial-setup and initial-setup-gui are installed)
2. Configure RHEL-8.3 repositories
3. yum update initial-setup

Actual results:
Error messages while updating initial-setup/initial-setup-gui.

Expected results:
No error messages.

Looks like the %pre scriptlet returning these error messages is no longer needed on RHEL8 and can be removed.

Installed a RHEL 8.2 VM, then:

- installed IS without this fix, error messages show up at upgrade time
- rolled VM back, installed scratch build of IS with the fix from comment 1, no error messages at package upgrade time

This is fixed in initial-setup-0.3.81.6-1.el8, thanks.
