Description of problem:
The new update of Midnight Commander has a version numbering regression.

mc-4.8.25-2.fc33.x86_64


How reproducible:
always


Steps to Reproduce:
mc --version

or

mc <F1>


Actual results:
Text shows "unknown"


Expected results:
Text should show the version number as it used to be the case

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 33 development cycle.
Changing version to 33.

There seem to be a regression in the spec file that prevnts the Version become compiled in.

Confirm! The Rawhide version works perfectly nice. Versions are shown again. Thank you!
