Description of problem:
There is a bug in the cnf-test we search for deviceID instead of Vendor

I executed dpdk tests from master branch of cnf-feature-deploy project.
The relevant test dpdk:Validate a DPDK workload running inside a pod: Should forward and receive packets is PASSED.
