Build fails with:
'
 Problem: cannot install the best candidate for the job
  - nothing provides osgi(org.eclipse.cdt.core.native) needed by eclipse-remote-3.0.1-2.fc31.noarch
  - nothing provides osgi(org.eclipse.cdt.native.serial) needed by eclipse-remote-3.0.1-2.fc31.noarch

Is there some bootstrapping planned?
