It is still not available on rawhide for me:

I got some issues on pushing python-azure-sdk on Rawhide, although the build was ready for a moment (https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2020-db2801a270, since July 01):
https://pagure.io/releng/issue/9611

I rebuilt python-azure-sdk yesterday, hope it hits Rawhide and mirrors at last in a few hours.
