Description of problem:
When processing xml and xsl files using xsltproc, the process outputs errors then hangs.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
libxslt-1.1.32-4.el8.x86_64

How reproducible:
I was able to consistently reproduce.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create test files referenced in upstream bug tracker listing: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libxslt/issues/2
2. Run command "xsltproc bug.xsl bug.xml"

Actual results:
[test@localhost ~]$ xsltproc main.xml bug.xml 
runtime error: file main.xml line 38 element value-of
localRVT not head of list
xsltReleaseLocalRVTs: Unexpected RVT flag (nil)
xsltReleaseLocalRVTs: Unexpected RVT flag (nil)

Expected results:
Successful processing of xml file.

Either a backport of the upstream patch https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libxslt/-/commit/7d81bd62d5788a9e2931c20a3d0a6be7e703c608 or a rebase to 1.1.33 would fix this.

Upstream patch builds fine locally.
