Description of problem:
On EPEL7, we have a lot of templates in the lxc-templates package.
On EPEL8, we don't have Debian, CentOS, fedora and other templates !

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
lxc-templates-3.0.4-2.el8.x86_64

Add all templates as EPEL7 !

I started looking into this, and am going to try and contribute some patches to existing repositories to add these back in.
