The following test was skipped to unblock origin's bump to 1.19:

[k8s.io] [Feature:Example] [k8s.io] Secret should create a pod that reads a secret [sig-node] [Suite:openshift/conformance/parallel] [Suite:k8s] 

This test should be re-enabled once a fix is available.

Pick to o/k https://github.com/openshift/kubernetes/pull/299

After o/k sync vendor to o/o, we can unskip the test that is being skipped by (yet to merge as of now) https://github.com/openshift/origin/pull/25314
