Description of problem:

We want to be able to filter based on the OS type, number of CPU's, free disk space, and other details, as option In Inventory Dashboards.

Steps:
1) Login to Grafana
2) Check that filters are present in Inventory dashboards

Results:
All of the dashboards except for the Inventory dashboard contain some filters that are working correctly.

Should there be no filters in the Inventory dashboard?

Yes only the inventory dashboard do not contain filters. 
You're right I should have mentioned it in the bug because it's confusing.  
The bug can be confirmed.  Thank you!
