Copy the contents from RHV Manager guide, section 15.3

Important Note: Make to remove BETA channel from RHV manager repo.
RHV manager repo is "rhv-4.4-manager-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms"

Replace "rhv-4-manager-beta-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms" with "rhv-4.4-manager-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms"
