Previously, syslinux-nonlinux was missing from the provisioning image preventing virtual media install on nodes in BIOS boot mode, this has been installed.

Moving to 4.7 as its a nice to have, we have a fix ready for openshift just currently trying to establish if its needed upstream. Upstream patch here, will submit to openshift once it merges https://github.com/metal3-io/ironic-image/pull/199 The upstream patch is merged and the downstream one is open: https://github.com/openshift/ironic-image/pull/106/files verified on 4.7.0-0.nightly-2020-11-28-014852 Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
