Description of problem:
reference guide points to a chapter in system administrator's guide that is not
there.

(I guess the actual bug is in the sag.)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open sag index
2. find text "BIND"
3. pattern not found
  
Actual results:
no chapter in the SAG on how to use the "Domain Name Service Configuration Tool"

Expected results:
to enjoy the reading of said chapter

checked said reference in source of RHEL-rg, erroneous block quote was removed.
looks like the doc was already updated...

anyhow, reassigning to mhideo to have revised Reference_Guide pushed
to the docs site.
