Doc Text:	Cause: registry.redhat.io was misspelled in the message of the samples operator alert informing of the inaccessibility of that host during initial boostrap. Description of problem:
Alert Manager is showing an alert that the Samples operator cannot reach "regsitry.redhat.io" which is clearly a typo. The alerting rule seems to be "SamplesTBRInaccessibleOnBoot".

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
OCP Cluster version is 4.5.4

How reproducible:
This is a typo, so any time this is referenced it will be incorrect.
