Description Fedora Release Engineering 2020-08-03 17:33:03 UTC
iagno failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f33

https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=47984433

For details on the mass rebuild see:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_33_Mass_Rebuild
Please fix iagno at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
iagno will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 34,
iagno will be retired, if it still fails to build.

Comment 4 Michael Catanzaro 2020-08-03 18:40:41 UTC
The error is:

../src/perfs-tests-generator.vala:45.16-45.20: error: The name `Posix' does not exist in the context of `PerfsTestsGenerator.handle_local_options'
        return Posix.EXIT_SUCCESS;
               ^^^^^

iagno's upstream CI is currently broken on the same issue. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be a vala regression (tested vala 0.48.0 and it fails the same way) nor a iagno regression (tested iagno 3.36.0, same failure) so I'm quite confused as to what must have changed where.
