log4j12 failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f33

Please fix log4j12 at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
log4j12 will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 34,
log4j12 will be retired, if it still fails to build.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 33 development cycle.
Changing version to 33.

When doing the latest log4j update, I noticed that it actually provides a log4j-1.2 compat module.
Could we migrate packages to use that instead of log4j12?
