Description Fedora Release Engineering 2020-08-03 20:48:43 UTC
python-apprise failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f33

https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=48350273

For details on the mass rebuild see:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_33_Mass_Rebuild
Please fix python-apprise at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
python-apprise will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 34,
python-apprise will be retired, if it still fails to build.

Comment 4 Chris Caron 2020-08-03 22:52:27 UTC
Issue resolved upstream here: https://github.com/caronc/apprise/pull/265

This will have a better fix in the next release, but for now the RPM SPEC file has been updated slightly to allow this to build properly:
