Description of problem:
Update the Grafana reports descriptions according to documentation notes.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
go to Grafana UI and choose dashboard and look at a random report, 
in the top left corner is an exclamation point, 
there the description will be.

Actual results:
Descriptions that have not been reviewed by documentation team.

Expected results:
Well-worded descriptions that have been reviewed.

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.4.2 release, published on September 17th 2020.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in oVirt 4.4.2 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
