Description of problem:

The package don't contains the provides python3 ... tag like the other packages, so an install via python3-pytest-xdist fails.

Good:
rpm -qp --provides python36-wstool-0.1.18-1.el7.noarch.rpm
python3-wstool = 0.1.18-1.el7
python36-wstool = 0.1.18-1.el7

Bad:
rpm -qp --provides python36-pytest-xdist-1.17.1-3.el7.noarch.rpm
python36-pytest-xdist = 1.17.1-3.el7
