Description of problem:
Optional Pipeline resources are displayed as a mandatory field in pipeline builder form

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. choose openshift-client (Cluster task with optional field reference [1]) in the pipeline builder form

Actual results:
Pipeline builder form will be disabled and the missing resource icon will be shown on the task bubble.


Expected results:
Pipeline creation should not be stopped, if the task has optional resource in the spec.
