I can backport the upstream change, but there is no translation for the added texts (as the upstream bug says, the change was done just before the string freeze for 3.35.91 [1]). I agree the security might be before the non-understandability of the text, though it can be also counter productive. There's also a claim from a user about the added text being useless (redundant) [2]. Hence I rather not backport this change to 3.34.4/Fedora 31.
