This should not be a 4.6 blocker... Setting target to 4.7.

I am afraid this test is too sensitive to detach and attach timing from cloudprovider and is not easily fixable. Even 10 minute is not enough in some cases for detach and attach to happen.. :(

I am bit hesitant to increase the pod startup timeout because then that would mean the test will simply timeout.
