Link layout is inconsistent

Description of problem:  The layout of the "Do you need to set up custom DNS?" links on the route details page is inconsistent (see attached).


How reproducible:  Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Visit a route details page (e.g., /k8s/ns/robb/routes/example)
2.  Note the layout of the "Do you need to set up custom DNS?" links is different in two places.
