Description of problem:
Some operators that have been available in previous release are not available in operatorhub in 4.6. Specifically NFD 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.6.0-0.nightly-2020-08-11-060257

How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Access Operator hub via console on a 4.6 cluster
2. Search for NFD
3. No operators found

Actual results:
NFD and other operators are not available

Expected results:
All Red Hat Operators should be available
