Description of problem:

Users with assigned built in "viewer" role cannot see the names of RPM configured in a CV filter

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
6.7.2

How reproducible:

1) create CV with admin user
2) create an inclusion yum filter of content type package
3) specify a few rpms to be included  
4) create a new user with only role "viewer"
5) login with the new user and browse the filter inclusion packages


Actual results:

pakcages names are not shown

packages names are shown

Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite since the upstream issue https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/30837 has been resolved.

Steps to retest

1) create CV with admin user
2) create an inclusion yum filter of content type package
3) specify a few rpms to be included  
4) create a new user with only role "viewer"
5) login with the new user and browse the filter inclusion packages

Expected result:
User with viewer role should see the list of filtered RPMs

Actual result:
user with view role can see the list of filtered RPMs.

Verified on 6.10 snap 2.
