2. Select the right role
3. Enter api vip and ingress vip
4. View Host Events


Actual results:

On host events, there are redundant empty brackets after known host status

e.g Host master-0-2: updated status from "pending-for-input" to "known" ()


Expected results:
=================
If there is no text on brackets, they should deleted
